IRS Invites Public Comment on Proposed Revenue Procedures and Ruling

The US Department of the Treasury is seeking public input on proposed and ongoing paperwork collections related to tax procedures, including Revenue Procedure 97-43 and Revenue Ruling 97-39, as part of its efforts to reduce paperwork burden under the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995.
