U.S. Commerce Department Preliminarily Finds Cosmo First Limited Sold Polyethylene Terephthalate Merchandise Below Cost, Rescinds Review for Eight Companies

The U.S. Department of Commerce has determined that Cosmo First Limited sold polyethylene terephthalate film, sheet, and strip from India at less than the normal value during the review period, and is rescinding the review for eight other companies, inviting comments on the preliminary results.
