Update of Ports Subject to the Harbor Maintenance Fee; Corrections

The U.S. government has corrected an error in its interim regulations document, which was published in the Federal Register on June 4, 1997, regarding the list of ports that process commercial vessels transporting cargo subject to the Water Resources Development Act of 1986.
