Job Training Partnership Act: Migrant and Seasonal Farmworker Programs; Proposed Allocation Formula

The Employment and Training Administration is publishing a notice of a description of and rationale for a new allocation formula for the Job Training Partnership Section 402 migrant and seasonal farmworker programs, and a presentation of preliminary State planning estimates derived therefrom for Program Year (PY) 1997 (July 1, 1997 through June 30, 1998). Public comment is requested.
