Technical Amendments of Rules Relating to Labor-Management Programs, Labor-Management Standards, and Standards of Conduct for Federal Sector Labor Organizations

This document makes a number of technical amendments to Chapters II and IV of the Department of Labor's regulations. These amendments are necessary because of a reorganization within the Department and the enactment of the Congressional Accountability Act of 1995. This document also makes several other technical amendments and corrections.
