Proposed Exemptions ILGWU National Retirement Fund, et al. (Collectively the Plans) - Department of Labor Exemptions

The Department of Labor has proposed exemptions from certain prohibited transaction restrictions under the Employee Retirement Income Security Act of 1974 and the Internal Revenue Code of 1986 for the ILGWU National Retirement Fund and other related plans.
