Delegation of Authorities and Assignment of Responsibilities to the Assistant Secretary for Employment Standards and Other Officials in the Employment Standards Administration

The U.S. Department of Labor has delegated certain authorities and assigned responsibilities to the Assistant Secretary for Employment Standards and other officials within the Employment Standards Administration, effective immediately.
