Executive Order 12933 of October 20, 1994: Nondisplacement of Qualified Workers Under Certain Contracts

This document implements Executive Order 12933, requiring public building contractors to give workers the right of first refusal for employment with a successor contractor if they would otherwise lose their jobs due to contract termination.
