Interim Rules for Health Insurance Portability for Group Health Plans; Correction
The U.S. government has issued corrections to interim rules governing group health plans and health insurance coverage, which were published on April 8, 1997, as part of the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act of 1996 (HIPAA).
