Department of Commerce Modifies 16 Systems of Records to Disclose Information to Treasury for Improper Payments Prevention

The Department of Commerce is updating 16 systems of records to share information with the Treasury Department to help identify and prevent improper payments through the Do Not Pay Working System, as required by the Privacy Act of 1974.
