Proposed Exemptions for MS Commodity Investments Portfolio II, L.P. and Related Parties

The Department of Labor has proposed exemptions from certain prohibited transaction restrictions under the Employee Retirement Income Security Act of 1974 and the Internal Revenue Code of 1986 for MS Commodity Investments Portfolio II, L.P. and its affiliates.
