HUBZone Empowerment Contracting Program; Correction

This document corrects the preamble and the text of a proposed rule published in the Federal Register of April 2, 1998, regarding the HUBZone Empowerment Contracting Program (hereinafter the HUBZone program). This correction amends the preamble and proposed Sec. 126.616 by including language inadvertently omitted from the proposal.
