NMFS Requests Public Comment on Exempted Fishing Permit Applications for U.S. West Coast Highly Migratory Species Fisheries
The National Marine Fisheries Service (NMFS) is seeking public input on two exempted fishing permit applications for U.S. West Coast highly migratory species fisheries, which were endorsed by the Pacific Fishery Management Council in November 2025.
