U.S. Department of Commerce Initiates Country-Wide Inquiry into Malaysian Mattress Imports

The U.S. Department of Commerce has launched a circumvention inquiry into mattresses from Malaysia, following a request from several companies, to determine if components of these mattresses are being assembled in the U.S. to evade antidumping duties.
