U.S. Department of Commerce Preliminarily Finds Indian Carbon Steel Flanges Sold at Below Normal Value

The U.S. Department of Commerce has found that Indian producers and exporters of carbon steel flanges sold these products in the U.S. at prices lower than their normal value, during the review period from August 1, 2023, to July 31, 2024, and is seeking public comment on these findings.
