EPA Sets National Emissions Standards for Hazardous Air Pollutants from Group IV Polymers and Resins

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has promulgated national emission standards for hazardous air pollutants (NESHAP) from existing and new plant sites that emit organic hazardous air pollutants (HAP), with the goal of reducing emissions by 3,550 megagrams per year (Mg/yr) from affected sources.
