EPA Proposes Approval of New Mexico SIP General Conformity Rules

The US Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is proposing to approve a revision to the New Mexico State Implementation Plan (SIP) for the Albuquerque/Bernalillo County nonattainment area, which includes general conformity rules. These rules will enable the local air quality control board to review conformity of federal actions with the submitted control strategy SIP.
