Advisory Council on Historic Preservation Proposes Changes to Historic Preservation Regulations

The Advisory Council on Historic Preservation is proposing changes to its regulations to implement 1992 National Historic Preservation Act amendments and streamline the process for Federal agencies to consider historic properties, in response to the Administration's reinventing government initiatives.
