EPA Approves Virginia's Revised Air Quality Plan to Address Ozone Nonattainment in Richmond, Norfolk, and Smyth County

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has approved a revised air quality implementation plan submitted by the Virginia Department of Environmental Quality (VDEQ) to address ozone nonattainment issues in the Richmond-Petersburg, Norfolk-Virginia Beach, and Smyth County areas, which were classified as moderate and marginal, respectively.
