EPA Approves Virginia's Air Quality Implementation Plan Revisions

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has proposed to approve the State Implementation Plan (SIP) revisions submitted by the Commonwealth of Virginia to establish 1990 ozone base year emission inventories for the state's ozone nonattainment areas, as part of its efforts to improve air quality in the region.
