EPA Grants Bekaert Steel Corporation Petition to Exclude Hazardous Waste from Regulations

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has granted Bekaert Steel Corporation's petition to exclude certain solid wastes generated at its facility in Rogers, Arkansas, from hazardous waste control, allowing the waste to be disposed of in Subtitle D landfills without regulation.
