FAA Proposes Rule on Passenger Facility Charge at Minot International Airport

The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) is seeking public comment on its proposed rule to impose and use revenue from a Passenger Facility Charge (PFC) at Minot International Airport in North Dakota, as mandated by the Aviation Safety and Capacity Expansion Act of 1990.
