US Department of Commerce Initiates Administrative Review of Canadian Sugar and Syrups Due to Changed Circumstances

The US Department of Commerce has started an administrative review of the antidumping duty on sugar and syrups from Canada, following changes in the ownership of a Canadian sugar company, and is seeking public comments on the preliminary results.
