EPA Approves Florida's Lead Emissions Reduction Plan

The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has proposed to approve the State of Florida's plan to reduce lead emissions from facilities in the state, replacing federal requirements. The plan revision, submitted on August 18, 1994, includes changes to state regulations governing air quality areas and stationary sources.
