Transfer of Administrative Jurisdiction; Applegate Lake Project

The US Department of Agriculture and the US Department of the Army have agreed to transfer 66.28 acres of land from the Department of Agriculture to the Department of the Army, and 2,755.82 acres from the Department of the Army to the Department of Agriculture, within the Rogue River National Forest in Oregon, following a 45-day advance notice period as required by the 1956 Act.
