U.S. Commerce Department Preliminarily Finds Countervailable Subsidies on Indian Solar Cells

The U.S. Department of Commerce has preliminarily determined that Indian producers and exporters of solar cells are receiving subsidies, and is seeking public comment on the findings, which cover the period from April 1, 2024, to March 31, 2025.
