U.S. Advisory Commission on Public Diplomacy Meeting

The U.S. Advisory Commission on Public Diplomacy will meet in Room 600, 301 4th Street, S.W., on September 18, 1996 from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 noon. The meeting will be closed to the public from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 noon because it will involve discussion of classified information relating to the USIS 2000 Satellite Network and the Department of State's Diplomatic Telecommunications Service (DTS-PO).
