U.S. Department of Commerce Announces Final Results of Countervailing Duty Administrative Review for Certain Circular Welded Carbon Steel Pipes and Tubes from Thailand

The U.S. Department of Commerce has completed an administrative review of the countervailing duty order on certain circular welded carbon steel pipes and tubes from Thailand, determining the appropriate assessment rate for entries made during the review period from January 1, 1994, to December 31, 1994. The results will be used to assess countervailing duties on imports from Thailand.
