The Bureau of Land Management has made available the Environmental Assessment for Spring Creek Coal Company's Federal Coal Lease Application MTM 83859 and is seeking public comment on the associated Finding of No Significant Impact and Fair Market Value and Maximum Economic Recovery of the coal resources subject to the lease application.
