EPA Approves Texas State Implementation Plan Revision for ALCOA Facility in Rockdale, Texas

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has approved a site-specific revision to the Texas State Implementation Plan (SIP) for the Aluminum Company of America (ALCOA) facility in Rockdale, Texas, which reduces sulfur dioxide emissions, following a request from the State of Texas on September 20, 1995.
