EPA Approves Colorado's State Implementation Plan for Denver PM 10 Nonattainment Area

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has proposed to approve Colorado's state implementation plan (SIP) for the Denver, Colorado particulate matter with an aerodynamic diameter less than or equal to a nominal 10 micrometers (PM 10) nonattainment area, submitted on November 17, 1995, to meet the Federal Clean Air Act requirement for contingency measures.
