EPA Approves Colorado's Revised State Implementation Plan for Denver PM 10 Nonattainment Area

The US Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has approved a revised State Implementation Plan (SIP) for the State of Colorado to address particulate matter pollution in the Denver area, as required by the Clean Air Act. The approval was granted on November 17, 1995, following a submission by the State of Colorado.
