Copyright Office Asks for Comments on Controversy Over Cable Royalty Funds

The Library of Congress's Copyright Office is seeking comments from claimants of royalty fees collected for secondary transmission by cable systems in 1993 and 1994 on whether a controversy exists over the distribution of these funds, and whether the distribution of 1993 and 1994 cable royalties should be consolidated.
