National Flood Insurance Program; Standard Flood Insurance Policy

This proposed rule would amend the National Flood Insurance Program (NFIP) regulations to add coverage under the Standard Flood Insurance Policy to pay for the increased cost to rebuild or otherwise alter flood-damaged structures to conform with State or local floodplain management ordinances or laws consistent with the requirements and guidance of the NFIP.
