Notice of Intent to Prepare Joint EIS/EIR for Naval Station Treasure Island Disposal and Reuse

The US Department of the Navy, in coordination with the City and County of San Francisco, California, plans to prepare a joint Environmental Impact Statement/Environmental Impact Report (EIS/EIR) for the proposed reuse of Naval Station Treasure Island (NSTI), which is scheduled to close in September 1997.
