DOT Amends Acquisition Regulations to Reflect Restructuring and Streamlining Act

The Department of Transportation has finalized a rule to update its acquisition regulations, which were modified by the Federal Acquisition Streamlining Act of 1994, to reflect changes necessary for restructuring and improved coverage.
