U.S. Commerce Department Preliminarily Finds Cold-Rolled Steel from Korea Not Made at Less Than Normal Value

The U.S. Department of Commerce has determined that certain cold-rolled steel flat products from Korea were not made at less than normal value during the specified period, and is rescinding the review for 35 companies, inviting comments from interested parties.
