Yakima River Basin Water Enhancement Project: Conservation Advisory Group Establishment Requirement

The US Department of the Interior must establish the Yakima River Basin Water Conservation Advisory Group within 12 months of Public Law 103-434's enactment, in consultation with the State of Washington, the Yakima Indian Nation, and other irrigators. The group will provide technical advice on the Yakima River Basin Water Conservation Program's structure, implementation, and oversight.
