EPA Approves Washington State's Revised I/M Plan to Comply with Clean Air Act

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has approved Washington State's revised vehicle inspection and maintenance (I/M) plan to meet Clean Air Act requirements. The plan will apply to counties in the Washington ozone and carbon monoxide nonattainment areas, including Clark, King, Pierce, Snohomish, and Spokane.
