To Prepare a Draft Environmental Impact Statement for the Willamette River Basin Review Feasibility Study

The alternatives to be evaluated in this feasibility study and EIS address the modification of operation and storage allocation of the Corps' 13-reservoir Willamette Basin, Oregon, system to better serve current and anticipated future water resource needs. A proposed action will be identified in the Final EIS.
