EPA Deletes Contaminated Site from National Priorities List

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has removed the McChord AFB (Wash Rack/Treatment) site in Pierce County, Tacoma, Washington, from the National Priorities List, following a determination that no further cleanup under the Comprehensive Environmental Response, Compensation, and Liability Act of 1980 is necessary.
