Office of the Assistant Secretary for Community Planning and Development; Community Development Block Grant Program; Dispute Resolution and Enforcement Actions, Loan Guarantee Application Requirements; Proposed Rule and Notice of Proposed Information Collection Requirements

In this rule, HUD is proposing changes to the Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) regulations, including procedures for voluntary and involuntary corrective actions for noncompliance with CDBG program requirements, dispute resolution, and hearings. HUD is also proposing changes in the application procedures under the Section 108 Loan Guarantee Program, in order to include references to the consolidated submission process.
