U.S. Department of Commerce Preliminarily Finds Heavy Walled Rectangular Pipes and Tubes from Mexico Sold Below Normal Value

The U.S. Department of Commerce has found that heavy walled rectangular pipes and tubes from Mexico were sold in the United States at below normal value during the period of review, and is rescinding the review for twelve companies that had no suspended entries of subject merchandise.
