Technical Amendments; Organizational Changes; Miscellaneous Editorial Changes and Conforming Amendments

This rule amends Title 46, Code of Federal Regulations to reflect recent agency organizational changes. It also makes editorial changes throughout the title to correct addresses, update cross- references, and other technical corrections. This rule makes no substantive changes to current regulations.
