EPA Seeks Public Comment on Missing Document for Financial Assurance Mechanisms

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is requesting public comment on a document that was inadvertently omitted from the public comment period for a proposal related to financial assurance mechanisms for municipal solid waste landfill facilities and hazardous waste treatment, storage, and disposal facilities, which was published on October 12, 1994.
