EPA Approves Montana's Clean Air Act Plan for Libby Nonattainment Area

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has proposed to approve the State of Montana's plan to address particulate matter pollution in the Libby moderate PM 10 nonattainment area, which was submitted in 1995 and revised in 1996, and is consistent with the Clean Air Act requirements.
