Notice of Prospective Patent License

NASA hereby gives notice that Scientific Instruments, Inc. of West Palm Beach, Florida has applied for an exclusive license to practice the invention described and claimed in a pending U.S. Patent, entitled ``Flame Director,'' KSC-11775, which is assigned to the United States of America as represented by the Administrator of the National Aeronautics and Space Administration. Written objections to the prospective grant of a license to Scientific Instruments, Inc. should be sent to Beth Vrioni, John F.
