Office of Arms Control and Nonproliferation Policy; Proposed Subsequent Arrangement

The Office of Arms Control and Nonproliferation Policy has announced a proposed subsequent arrangement under the EURATOM and Japan agreements, allowing for the transfer of enriched uranium and plutonium from EURATOM to Japan for reference material purposes. The arrangement is expected to take effect 15 days after publication of the notice.
