National Endowment for the Arts Restructures Process for Reconsideration of Declined General Applications

The National Endowment for the Arts has revised its process for reconsidering declined general applications, updating office and division names as part of its reorganization, following the publication of amended Notices on January 14, 1992, and March 29, 1993.
