Certain Forged Stainless Steel Flanges From India; Final Results of Antidumping Duty Administrative Review

The US Department of Commerce has published the final results of its 1994-95 administrative review of the antidumping duty order on forged stainless steel flanges from India, covering the period February 9, 1994 through January 31, 1995. The review focused on Akai Impex, Ltd., the sole manufacturer/exporter, following comments from Akai and the petitioners, including Flowline, Gerlin, Inc., Ideal Forging Corp., and Maass Flange.
